Autumn equinox marks the one true balance point of the year, the moment light and dark stand equal before the dark begins its slow rise. In Taoist thought it is a threshold moment, when yang begins yielding to yin, when the harvest is gathered and the body is invited inward…yet the importance of leaning into community and connection stays important. This three-day gathering moves through that threshold with movement, sound, and voice. You can expect sensing, feeling, resting, dancing, singing, joy and sweetness!

Equinox Spiral, movement with Satu Tuomela & Holloway

The Feels, Hammarby Allé 53

A guided somatic movement session tracing the body’s own equinox, the pre-spinal patterns and cerebrospinal rhythms that hold our most fundamental sense of balance. Satu leads through Body-Mind Centering and non-dual Tantric philosophy, working with the spine as a living spiral rather than a fixed axis, while Holloway offers the entire soundscape in direct collaboration with her somatic language, sound and movement responding to each other in real time. A rare live pairing, opening the gathering’s threshold into the equinox.

Everyone can join! Soothing movement, intuitive explorations, perhaps some yoga āsana and definitely dance included.

Sound Journey with Holloway

The Feels, Hammarby Allé 53

An immersive live sound bath, built in the moment from looped guitar and voice. Holloway’s music draws on years spent immersed in sound. Journey woven into atmospheric, spontaneous soundscapes that guide listeners toward deep states of rest and release. No two Sound Journeys are the same; each is shaped entirely by the room it’s held in. This is very special! 

No previous experience needed. We will be cozily lying down the whole sessions. There are bolsters and blankets etc. available. 

Thursday
Singing Circle with Holloway 

18:00-19:30
Ayam Studio, Regeringsgatan 83

A singing circle, open to all voices regardless of experience. Holloway is known for holding a judgment-free space where singing becomes communal medicine, a beautiful way of harvesting the season’s stillness into shared sound before the group closes.

This is an incredible experience and very loved in our communities around the world. If you loved Kirtans you will adore this!
